You Should Learn How to Row!

Are you looking for a new activity that will allow you to spend more time outside, meet people and get some exercise? If you are, you should look into rowing. Rowing is a water sport that utilizes your full body while you do it. It's a sport that can be done solo or with up to eight other people. In rowing you are using both sides of your body, both hands and both legs. You can go as hard or as light as you wish while you row. You can row year round, rain or shine, in cold temps or in the heat, which makes it a great sport to do year round. When you take rowing lessons at Burnaby Lake Rowing Club you don' t need to worry about having your own boat or oars, as you can use clubhouse equipment.
